President's Message:

CHANGE OF VENUE: Black Bear Diner, (BBD) 1465 Northeast 3rd Street,
Bend, OR

This third Thursday of the month, April 17h, we are back to the BBD,
at 6pm. The venue has been working well for us. Good food, we can stay
all we want, and not noisy. As before, we’ll get a table off to the
side and eat off the menu.

The weather forecast, the Weather Underground one, guesses some
clouds Saturday morning, then partly cloudy the rest of the weekend
Highs around 60. Great for a Fly0out..

Oregon International Airshow:

The Oregon International Airshow is back at Hillsboro Airport (HIO)
in May. The show is Friday, Saturday An Sunday. May 1th to the 18th.
The featured act is an F-35 and there are a large number of acts. Not
exactly Fly-in friendly, so buy a ticket and drive up.

March Fly-out:

Sorry, no information on the Marsh Fly-out.

May Meeting:

I’ll be on the wrong coast during our May Meeting. John Foster has
stepped to run the meeting.
